A fun, developmental and educational lesson for discovering the rhythmical features of
your body. Similar to playing percussion instruments, we will vibrate and fill our bodies
and the space around them with sound, using touch, rubbing and a variety of other
rhythmic elements. Combining rhythm with simple movements and choreography, we
will discover an unusual world of sounds along with musicality and creativity within
ourselves. The lesson will develop coordination, courage, listening skills, teamwork
skills, sense of rhythm, creative fantasy, improve intellectual thinking.
