The ticket insurance menu is available by adding tickets for the selected event to the shopping cart.
If you add insurance to your purchase, the payment for it will be added to the total amount.

- Disease Prevention and Control Center (SPKC) restrictions
- Accident in Your Home(notmorethan2daysbeforetheevent)
- Sudden illness or accident of You or a Relative
- Death of You or a Relative
- Vehicle
- Transfer and postponement of Service
- Service cancellation
HOW TO APPLY FOR COMPENSATION:
- Insured Service ticket
- Information on the reason why the Service could not be received and supporting documents

When purchasing the Insurance product you are confirming that you have read and accept the terms of Privacy policy, Insurance product information document (IPID), Pre-Contractual information and Insurance terms.
