The play “Monster” is a story about the inexperienced but very diligent teacher Tom who’s trusted with the fifteen-year-old but much more experienced Darryl. Taking note from his peers and idols, Darryl isn’t afraid or bothered by anything. To achieve his mission and save the difficult pupil from expulsion the young teacher is forced to explore the unknown world of hip-hop, slang, and glorified violence that leaves a mark on his own, seemingly right way of life.
