Rhapsody in Blue

This will be the long-awaited reunion of the Liepāja Symphony Orchestra and the head conductor of the Latvian National Opera Mārtiņš Ozoliņš. Under the master's leadership, the orchestra will perform the sensual Rapsodie Espagnole by Maurice Ravel and the sultry oriental Scheherazade by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov. The brilliant pianist Agnese Egliņa will light up the jazzy passion with the world-famous Rhapsody in Blue by George Gerschwin.
