The Army of Balts

The Army of Balts should be created in Iceland by breeding the required number of Latvian émigrés to attack the USSR at a carefully chosen moment to liberate Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia in just three days. Fans of cartoons, children’s books, and erotic artistic fantasies will recognize the special touch of artist Edgars Ozoliņš. However, just a few know that during the very stagnant seventies he was working on a utopian plan to take back Latvian independence.
