RALLY LIEPĀJA 2021 > FROM TALSI TO LIEPĀJA!

The round of the FIA European Rally Championship - Rally Liepāja - will take place in Latvia, Liepāja and Talsi regions. In 2021 Rally Liepāja will be part of the FIA European Rally Championship and the ERC Junior Championship, as well as competition for the Latvian Rally Championship and Latvian Rallysprint crews, and also competitors with historic cars – both sports cars and regularity.

The first stages will take place on Friday in Talsi region, but on Saturday the fastest European continent crews will participate on the rally stages in the region near Liepāja.

IMPORTANT!

Purchased ticket has to be changed for wristband before visiting rally special stages. Wristband has to be used on both rally days! Information about ticket exchange points will be published on www.lvrally.com.

By purchasing a ticket, you are warned and agree that during the event, video and photo images are taken and the created material may be used for commercial purposes, including, publishing in mass media and social networks.

Before attending the event and buying tickets, please read the Spectator rules!

 

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THE COVID-19 REGULATIONS:

Spectators must observe a distance of two meters, and they have to follow rules that the organizer has announced before the event or is announcing during the event.

 

Upon presentation of a valid EU Digital Covid Certificate, person (from age of 12) will be able to attend the event if:

  • person has completed the full vaccination course of Covid-19 *
  • person has recovered from Covid-19 in the last 6 months **
  • person has negative Covid-19 test result ***

 

Before going to the special stages, the spectator must visit the ticket exchange point.

The following must be presented at the ticket exchange point:

  • personalized ticket;
  • an interoperable EU Digital Covid Certificate (printed or on a smart device);
  • ID;
  • for tickets with discounts – appropriate certificate.

 

If the following persons mentioned below meet the rules of the event, then free entry to the event is for

‣ children under the age of 12 (accompanied by parents) by presenting an identity document and an interoperable digital certificate, confirming that the children have recovered from Covid-19 or they are present with accompanying persons, who have an interoperable EU Digital Covid Testing Certificate; in this case – the children don’t have to present the EU Digital Covid certificate.

‣ Disabled persons (Latvian citizens only), presenting a valid disability document at the ticket exchange point.

 

* Upon presentation of a valid Covid Certificate, to certify that the person has been vaccinated against COVID-19 starting from the fifteenth day after completion of the full vaccination course with a vaccine authorised with the European Medicines Agency or with an equivalent regulator or recognised by the World Health Organization in accordance with the instructions for use of the vaccine or from the twenty-second day until the ninetieth day after receipt of the first dose of the Vaxzevria vaccine and immediately after receipt of the second dose of the Vaxzevria vaccine;

** Upon presentation of an interoperable Covid certificate to certify that a person has recovered from COVID-19 and at least 11 but not more than 180 days have passed since the day the sample of the first positive test within one episode of infection was taken with which the COVID-19 infection was confirmed in a laboratory when detecting the SARS-CoV-2 virus RNA.

*** Upon presentation of an interoperable Covid certifying that the person has been tested for COVID-19 within the 48 hours by detecting the SARS-CoV-2 virus RNA and the test result is negative, or the SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen test made within six hours is negative (one day tickets only!), and also the accompanying children of such person who are less than 12 years of age without certificates.
