The brilliant Latonia Moore – unforgettable Bess at 2016 Cēsis Art Festival
and Aida at the New York Metropolitan Opera House – returns to Latvia to
celebrate the New Year’s Eve together with the LNSO and enchanting Polish
conductor Tadeusz Wojciechowski. The festivities will commence with Polish
classic composer Moniuszko’s polonaise, you will hear Aida’s jubilations and
Lehár’s csárdás, Wojciech Kilar’s poignant film scores will take you to the land
of dreams, and Johann Strauss’ immortal polkas and waltzes are a guarantee
of whirling joy.
