Information related to the statement of the Consumer Rights Protection Center

2020, a state of emergency was announced in the country, that bans all forms of public events.
The restrictions on public events are in effect from 13 March to 9 June, 2020.

In this time of crisis we are doing our best to organise future actions together with the organisers.

If possible, the events affected by the ban will be rescheduled to another time and the purchased tickets will be valid.

If the event is rescheduled, purchased tickets will be valid and the organizers of the event will not be required to reimburse the ticket,
unless otherwise decided by the organizer, according to the Consumer and Law Enforcement Center on 13.03.2020.

Currently refunds are only for fully cancelled events in the following ways:

  1. In case of cancelled event, at the Internet store bilesuparadize.lv purchased ticket money at their nominal value is reverted to
    the ticket buyer’s bank account within 3 working days, without the customer’s request;
  2. In the case of cancelled event, at the Ticket Office purchased tickets may be returned at any time during the opening hours of the Ticket Office
