As the foundation of „Equus" (1973) drama by Peter Shefer has served a scary real life episode told by a friend. However, the author of the play has created his own version of what could have been the cause. Young Alan has a Horse Equus in the position of the Lord. The gentleness of the lovers, tingling muscle dance, sweet smell of the sweat, and the fast paced run at the midnight. Pathologic fascination, sexual obsession, godly worship, and a ritual sacrifice.
